How will my order be delivered?
Your items will be out for delivery between 7am and 6pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified, the courier will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods. Please note some of the goods we sell are very heavy, and arrangements to take delivery of the goods must be made by the customer. Some items will require off-loading by forklift. Larger/Heavier items may be delivered by large vehicles, please ensure sufficient access.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your goods are on their way. If you have not received this email 7 working days after placing an order please give us a call on 01449 721098.
Do I need to sign for my order?
All orders being delivered within the UK require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you enter the delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.
When will I get my goods if I order at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday?
Any orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday cannot be dispatched until the next working day, delivery then follows our standard delivery service.
An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
If an item is included on the delivery note, but is missing, please contact us on 01449 721098 so that we can organise a replacement. If an item is expected, but not included on the delivery note, it will be included on a separate delivery, please feel free to contact us to confirm this.
The goods delivered are damaged, what should I do?
If you notice minor damage on delivered items please write a description of the damage on the delivery note, and contact us on 01449 721098 to allow us to rectify this.
In the unlikely event that the delivered goods are extensively damaged, please reject the delivery and contact us on 01449 721098 so that we can arrange a replacement delivery of the order.
Are there any restrictions on a delivery?
We can only deliver to the door of the delivery address.
We cannot carry orders up stairs or use a lift.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
A number of our orders are delivered on a pallet. Please advise us at the time of ordering if a pallet delivery is unsuitable.
Pallet deliveries are a ‘kerb side’ delivery service only. The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a building. However, the driver can wheel the pallet truck (across a smooth surface) to try to get it as close to the delivery address as possible.
The driver will not remove goods from the pallet or take the pallet away.
Delivery drivers are not permitted to drive their vehicle off the road.
Subject to the above the delivery drivers will make every effort to deliver your order according to your requirements
